Sacred Salt Soak
Salt water therapy has been around for ages.
I have a girlfriend who is a ballerina. Every Christmas season
she performed in the Nutcracker, held each year at the Jackie
Gleason Theater in Miami. I always loved watching her leap through
the air with such grace and effortless style. She made it look easy.
But I'm sure it wasn’t nearly as easy as it looked.
Each
glorious performance came with a price.
After the lights went down and the applause had ended, her body would
be so stiff and sore from all the rigid rehearsals and nightly performances.
But she didn’t let that keep her from dancing. She shared
with me her secret recovery ritual, which was to soak in a tub full of
salt-water.
Now
that’s a great home made remedy.
This powerfully healing & recovery recipe is great for bikers, runners,
joggers, skiers, hunters, golfers, surfers, swimmers, or any active person.
If this is you, then you’ll appreciate the therapeutic benefits
that salt-water gives you. The Sacred Salt Soak makes a romantic
(yet compassionate) gesture whenever you prepare this ritual
for your aching or fatigued lover.
Note of Caution:
Do not take hot baths or salt baths (including Epsom salt baths) if
you have heart trouble, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other
medical condition which may cause an unsafe reaction. If in doubt,
consult your doctor before proceeding.
