How long does it take to receive my order?
We are committed to shipping your order promptly. Most
packages are shipped within 24 hours (orders received during
the weekend will ship on Monday).
Free shipping is for US and Canadian orders. They are sent via media
mail and usually take anywhere from 3-10 days (occasionally up
to 21 days, but this is not common).
Using USPS Priority Mail - you should
receive your package within 3-5 days.
International

How does your
return policy work?
All products purchased from www.MentalForeplay.com must be returned
within 30-days from the date of delivery. All products
must be complete and in working condition and include all components
received. If a package bundle or package special is ordered, the
entire package must be returned to qualify for any refund.
If products are purchased "a la carte", they can be returned
separately.
All orders shipped from Mental Foreplay include a packing slip. At
the bottom of each packing slip, there is a return label that includes
all the needed information to return the product. Please use that label
to return your product. If you are unable to locate the return label,
please contact Customer Service directly at 866-823-1551. Be prepared
to record your order number and the return address down. You must write
your name, shipping address, phone number and your order number on a
paper to include inside the box used for your return. To qualify for
a refund, ALL of this information must be included.
We urge you to use a traceable service to protect yourself. If
the product is lost, a refund cannot be issued. A tracking number
will help protect you from a loss. Shipping and handling charges are
not refundable. If you are returning a product from outside the
United States, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

What do you charge for shipping?
Unless you request a different process, all US and Canadian orders are
sent to you free of any shipping or handling charges.
For international shipping charges or faster methods of delivery, you
can view the rates for your order during the checkout process.

What if I don't like something, or it breaks during shipping?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! We guarantee
that if you do not like your merchandise, or it is broken, you can return
it and get your money back. This 100% satisfaction, money-back guarantee
is good for 30 days.
You are also protected with our Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Simply
put, if you ever need your CD to be replaced, we will do so free of charge.
You simply pay for the actual shipping and handling charges we incur to
get the product to you.

How does your Lifetime Replacement Guarantee work?
Once you buy one or more of our Tantra Audio CD's, they are yours for
life. As long as we still carry them in stock - you can't lose them, break
them, scratch or even misplace them. We put you first...always. If you
ever need one or more replacement CD's, just let us know and we will send
your replacement free of charge. All we ask is that you reimburse our
expense for actual shipping and handling charges. It's another one of

Keep the product for 30 full days. Try it out. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked. |

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, go to the MentalForeplay.com Contact
Us page. There you can call, fax, or email one of our friendly, helpful
customer service representatives (Please include the invoice number
of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy).

You sure can! We ship merchandise all over the world!

May I pay by check or money order?
Absolutely! To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page.
